Geothermal Energy

Yesterday's trip brought us to the Centro de Generacion Miravalles, a geothermal powerplant at the base of the volcan Miravalles in northern Costa Rica. We took a tour - and I'll describe it in more detail later when I have some time to compose some thoughts. Suffice to say that where it is appropriate, this is a great way to generate electricity.
